The TXV series double-stage liquid ring vacuum pump is a new double-stage liquid ring vacuum pump developed by our company based on the 2SK series. It is designed with a two-stage compression process, which enables a smooth pumping speed in a high vacuum range or maintains a high vacuum in a large pumping rate range. Under higher vacuum working conditions, its efficiency is 35% to 40% higher than that of a single-stage liquid ring pump, and the energy consumption is also correspondingly reduced.
The TXV series is especially suitable for vacuum drying, evaporation, distillation, concentration, filtration, dehydration and degassing processes in various industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, electric power, paper, textile, metallurgy, etc. The single-stage liquid ring vacuum pump is suitable for low vacuum requirements with large suction volume, but in high vacuum range, its suction volume attenuates severely. The two-stage liquid ring vacuum pump can obtain a larger suction volume in a higher vacuum range and is more suitable for working conditions requiring a larger suction volume while maintaining a high vacuum degree
