- The exhaust system adopts a unique PTFE valve plate, which can avoid excessive compression in the vacuum system, automatically adjust the exhaust area to reduce power consumption and obtain the optimal operating efficiency.
- Key components such as the switchboard, impeller and pump shaft have simplified structures, improved performance and are very energy-efficient. During the impeller welding process, the blades are stamped and formed in one step by using a reasonable molding line, and all hubs are machined, thus fundamentally solving the dynamic balance problem. The impeller and the pump shaft are combined by shrink interference fit, ensuring reliable and smooth performance. After the blades of the impeller are processed by integral heat treatment and welding, they will have good ductility, which fundamentally guarantees the impact resistance and bending resistance of the blades.
- The pump itself is equipped with a gas-water separator and has exhaust holes at many locations, making it easy to connect with the vacuum system. There is also an inspection window on the pump cover for adjusting the gland packing of the shaft as well as the impeller and distribution plate.
