TXV Series High Vacuum Two-Stage Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump f 09, 2024

Product Description:

The TXV series double-stage liquid ring vacuum pump is a newly developed product by our company based on the 2SK series.  It adopts a two-stage compression process,  which allows for a smooth pumping speed in the high vacuum range or maintaining a high vacuum within a large pumping  rate range. In higher vacuum working conditions,  its efficiency is 35% - 40% higher than that of a single-stage liquid ring pump,  and the energy consumption is also reduced accordingly. The pump is manufactured with fewer parts than usual. These  fewer parts enhance the rigidity and toughness of the pump,  making it easier to assemble and highly convenient to maintain. It has a wider suction pressure range,  working between 25mbar and 1013mbar compared to the 50mbar - 150mbarA suction pressure of other two-stage pumps. It  consumes 15% - 20% less energy than traditional products. The shaft length is significantly reduced,  eliminating potential hazards to mechanical seals caused by shaft deflection and vibration that could lead to increased  seal and bearing wear. All pumps comply with the DIN 24960 standard for uniform mechanical seals. Double mechanical seal  constructions (tandem or back-to-back) or container mechanical seals are available upon request. There are various  specifications to meet different process needs. Material options are available, including carbon steel,  stainless steel, duplex steel, titanium, etc., and special materials like Ni-Resist D2B,  HastelloyB or CUranus B6 are also offered to suit demanding application environments. The scope of supply includes pump  heads;  the whole pump consisting of a suction communication pipe, a steam-water separator and a liquid pipe fitting;  the vacuum pump unit including a motor and a base;  a complete set of units with all auxiliary equipment required by the closed-loop system;  and two-stage or multi-stage vacuum systems with a flow rate up to 3500 m3/h and an inlet pressure below a vacuum degree  up to 33 mbar (absolute pressure). It has single and double end mechanical seals and multiple flushing solutions,  with precision castings, high standard accessories, imported bearings, being energy-saving and of high quality.

Applications:

The TXV series is particularly suitable for vacuum drying, evaporation, distillation, concentration, filtration,  dehydration and degassing processes in various industries such as food, chemical, pharmaceutical, electric power,  paper, textile, metallurgy,  etc. The single-stage liquid ring vacuum pump is suitable for working conditions with low vacuum requirements and has a  large suction volume. However, in the high vacuum range,  its suction volume is severely attenuated (beginning to attenuate sharply below 200mbar and attenuating seriously below  100mbar). Under such working conditions,  the efficiency of the vacuum pump is extremely low and the power consumption is very high. The two-stage liquid ring  vacuum pump can obtain a larger suction volume in a higher vacuum range. In the high vacuum working state,  its efficiency is 30% - 40% higher than that of the single-stage liquid ring pump,  and the energy consumption is correspondingly reduced. Therefore,  the two-stage liquid ring pump is more suitable for working conditions that require a larger suction volume while  maintaining a high vacuum degree.
