Use:

• KS-274 diffusion pump silicone oil is a special oil for diffusion pump, which can be used for diffusion pumps in electronics, aerospace, nuclear industry and other industries requiring high vacuum or ultra-high vacuum;

• Used in electronic products (such as picture tubes, high-frequency transmitting tubes), precision analyzers, etc.; Widely used in metallurgy, winding coating, vacuum coating and other industries

• Note: KS-274 high vacuum diffusion pump silicone oil should be sealed and stored, it is strictly forbidden to mix other oils, moisture and impurities;

• When changing the oil, the diffusion pump should be cleaned with No. 120 solvent gasoline, and then dried before adding the diffusion pump oil according to the specified amount;

• If the ultimate pressure or pumping speed does not meet the requirements after adding new oil, check whether the vacuum system is leaking, whether the nozzle assembly is correct, and whether the front vacuum pump, boiler heating voltage, measuring regulations, instruments and wires are normal.
