The C-VLR ZEPHYR is the enhanced-cooling, oil-free member of the Elmo Rietschle ZEPHYR claw-pump family. Every model shares the same non-contact dry claw rotor platform; flow tiers are set purely by rotor size and motor rating. That means from the 62 m3/h compact unit to the 1140 m3/h central-vacuum machine you get identical operating logic, a shared spare-parts system, and the same moisture-handling capability. Selection is simply a matter of matching your process pumping speed and target vacuum to the right model.

· Single-station / degassing: C-VLR 62 / 122, 62-120 m3/h, G1½ inlet, 94-95 kg, easy to relocate.

· Continuous production lines: ZEPHYR100-301, 100-290 m3/h, covers most lithium-battery and pharma single-machine vacuum steps.

· High-flow / central vacuum: ZEPHYR401/501/1000, 380-1140 m3/h, DN100 large-bore intake for multi-station manifolds.

Selection note

Within the same flow tier, check the continuous ultimate vacuum first: ZEPHYR251/401/501/1000 hold a steady 200 mbar(abs), while ZEPHYR150 reaches down to 100 mbar for higher medium-vacuum demand.
